In churrascarias of Brazil, food is often served on a cooking spit. While you won't have that service in your class, you'll master the flavours of these traditional Brazilian steakhouses in your own home.  In this cooking class, you'll start your meal with Pão de Queijo, the famous Brazilian cheese bread.  Then you'll continue with a gorgeous helping of Filet Mignon along with traditional Brazilian sides: rice, beans, and the typical Brazilian accompaniment, farofa - a toasted breadcrumb style side.
