LEARN HOW TO MAKE MISO SOUP AND PREPARE A BENTO BOX


Bento roughly translates into 'boxed lunch' in English.  These beautiful boxes are a delight to both the eyes and the taste buds and a great way to spice up lunch at school or the office.

Yoshimi will Skype into your home kitchen from her home in Tokyo and together you'll make elaborate lunch boxes filled with delicious treats. The 2-hour Bento Box class will teach you to make Scallop Teriyaki, Heart Shaped Tamagoyaki, Spinach dressed with Sesame Sauce, Onigiri Rice Balls, playful accompaniments, and the loved Miso soup.
