LEARN TO MAKE AN ITALIAN ROAST PORK


The Emilia-Romagna region of Italy is often prized by Italians as the most important gastronomic treasure of the country. It's here where you'll find parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto, ragu (known more commonly in North America as Bolognese sauce) and lots, lots more.


In this cooking class, you and Chef Paola and our team of Italian chefs will make a traditional Sunday lunch as would be eaten in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.  Your chef will coach you step-by-step via Skype, and at the end of the class, you'll disconnect from your private video call and you'll have a beautiful meal to enjoy in your own kitchen.
