In this pasta-making class, Chef Paola and our team of Italian chefs will virtually video call into your home from theirs - in Italy! Over the course of 2-3 hours together you'll make Tagliatelle, a fresh pasta using egg, along with two sauces that will be lifetime favourites - Ragu (Bolognese Sauce) and a classic Pomodoro.
