LEARN HOW TO MAKE PASTA AND BOLOGNESE SAUCE


What is often called Bolognese Sauce in North America, is called Ragu in Italy.  This treasure of Italian sauces comes from Bologna, Italy and is the star of this cooking class.


In this pasta-making class, our team of Italian chefs will virtually video call into your home from theirs - in Italy!  Over the course of 2-3 hours together you'll make Tagliatelle, a fresh pasta using egg, along with two sauces that will be lifetime favourites - Ragu (Bolognese Sauce) and a classic Pomodoro.  A cooking class that can't be missed - you'll learn the tips and tricks to whip up your own homemade pasta in no time.
