LEARN HOW TO MAKE CACIO E PEPE AND MORE CLASSIC ROMAN DISHES IN THIS ITALIAN COOKING CLASS
This class features Roman cuisine at its finest. Chef Paola and our team of Italian chefs will help you create age old dishes that make Rome one of the most sought after and respected food cities in the world. In the Roman Classics class, your chef will coach you live via Skype from their home in Italy. Together, you prepare two pasta dishes (including Cacio e Pepe!) and one main course.
At the end of the course, you'll have three dishes, each which use traditional Italian ingredients like pasta, pork, and local cheeses in regular cuisine. Simply say 'ciao' to your chef, and then enjoy an epic Roman meal from your home - just like you traveled to Italy for the day.
