Led by masterful Chef Ted, this class will teach you the foundations of two dishes that go from weeknight meal to extravagant dinner party with ease.  And best yet, for the ones watching their waistline, this is a Keto friendly class! 


Making a soufflé is an art and watching them puff up in the oven is such a delight.  You'll start your class by whipping up a perfect New England Goat Cheese and Cheddar Soufflé. Light and fluffy, you'll learn the proper technique to have confidence to play with your own flavors and make this an entertaining staple... As your soufflés bake away, you'll move onto learning tips and tricks to create a plump and rich stuffed Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast served with a Sage Sauce.


Join Chef Ted, based in New England, as he takes you on a tour of New England cuisine. He will bring you into his Vermont kitchen to tranform your home kitchen into a cozy and sophisticated retreat.
