In this Moroccan cooking class, you'll learn how to make the Sweet & Salty Berber Tagine.  Your Tagine will be paired with Zalouk, a warm and smokey roasted eggplant dish eaten with flatbread. Pair that with Spiced Olives and entertaining Moroccan Tea, your kitchen will truly transport to the songful, chaotic, yet calm land of Morocco.
