Michelin star restaurant chef, graduated top of class at the prestigeous ALMA in Parma, Italy



Paola graduated from IULM University in Milan with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. After graduating, she continued her education receiving a Masters in Public Communication and later found herself working in a University.  


While working, Paola was longing over her passion for food and the Italian culinary world. After a fortuitous series of events, she found herself back in school at ALMA, the prestigious Italian Cooking School based in the heart of the prized culinary region of Parma, Italy.  Here, she graduated with Honors at the top of her class and went on to work for Michelin Star Restaurants in Modena and Como, Italy. 


Chef Paola's passion is to travel and taste the traditional flavours of the world.  She now owns 9FoodPR, an organization dedicated to finding the best gastronomic producers in Italy to preserve and promote their traditional methods of production. Her passion brought her to EXPO Milano 2015 where she sat as a judge for an important enogastronomic contest. 


She's excited to share traditional ingredients, culinary knowledge, culture and showcase prized Italian producers with The Chef & The Dish.
