Made from the fresh catch of the day, you'll learn how to work with a variety of seafood to bring this perfect for summer or winter dish into your own cooking repertoire.

In this cooking class, Chef Ted Fondulas will video conference into your home from New England. Together you'll prepare a classic New England Cioppino, filled with fish and shellfish.  You'll also make crostini and a roasted red pepper mayonnaise to round out your coastal meal.
