Pastamore
This cute market is a fun stop to browse a collection of olive oils, balsamic vinegars and pastas. Pastamore started about 16 years ago as a regular vendor at local Farmers Markets and now sells their selections throughout the country.

H Mart
H Mart has locations in Aurora and Westminster areas of Denver. This Asian market started in 1982 in Queens NY and now offers locations throughout the country. Known for a dizzying number of Asian ingredients, you'll find anything you need for your cooking class, plus lots more.

Lowes Mercado
The story of Lowes Mercado starts in 1963 when original owner E.M."Bud" Lowe purchased his first grocery store in Texas. Since then, they have opened over 146 stores throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. While they offer a wide selection of every day items, they specialize in a variety of Mexican, Peruvian and South American ingredients including hard to find imported brands, a variety of Mexican chilies, dried beans, aji amarillo paste, and and well priced fresh produce. They also offer fresh made tortillas in many locations!

Western Daughter's Butcher Shoppe is an excellent stop for anyone looking for speciality and local cuts of the highest quality meat in the Denver area. A whole animal butcher, Western Daughter uses heritage practices to ensure the animal lives a humane life. Valente’s Deli Bakery and Italian Market
Valente's has a rich history in the area with several past locations. Their current location on Meade Street in Westminster is part cafe and part market. Their wide selection of imported Italian ingredients includes everything from high end pastas, a variety of cheeses including 2-year aged Parmigiano Reggiano, and a good selection of rice for making risotto. While you're there, make sure to grab one of their cannolis, considered one of the best in the Denver area. Make note, the market is closed Sundays so shop for your Italian recipes early!
