During this 1-1/2 hour class, you and your fellow teammates will master the technique and simplicity of making an authentic and creamy Carbonara. The tips and tricks you learn in this class will transform any pasta you make at home.  Enjoy your Carbonara alongside a Roasted Tomato and Burrata Salad, and you'll have a beautiful night-in.

Your class is led by Chef Carlotta, joining you live from her kitchen in Italy. Chef Carlotta is a graduate of the prestigious ALMA University and is the recipient of 1 Michelin star during her work at a famed restaurant in her home region of Apulia.
