Join us as we take you on a tour of traditional Mexican cuisine. Literally translating to "stuffed chile," Chile Relleno is savory, a touch spicy, and fills you with all the warmth of comfort cooking. In your cooking class, you and your team will learn how to work with one of Mexico's most cherished ingredients, poblano peppers. After you perfectly roast your pepper, you'll move on to mastering your filling, a savory beef and potato "Picadillo" stuffing. Your chile will be topped with a fragrant Caldillo sauce, a tomato broth found in every Mexican home. Whether you eat it by itself or stuff it in a taco, this class will up your Taco Tuesday to a whole new level.
Your class is led by Chef Andres, live from Mexico. Chef Andres is a Mexican food expert and has worked alongside some of the top chefs in the world, including being part of a team who won a Michelin Star. In your culinary experience, you'll hear stories, ask questions and make memories, together.
