Paola graduated top of her class from the world’s most prestigious Italian culinary institute, ALMA, located in the heart of Parma, Italy. She went on to work for Michelin Star restaurants across the country. During this 1-1/2 hour class, you and your fellow teammates will learn the basics of risotto - and at the end of the class, you’ll have an amazing meal. Have fun, share stories and watch each other as you whip up one of Italy’s most iconic dishes.
