Tonight we head to the gorgeous, greens hills of Tuscany to make Cannelloni di Crespelle! These light crepes are filled with a traditional Florentine stuffing, and topped with a rich Walnut Brandy Cream sauce. Join us in learning fundamental skills of traditional Italian cooking and crepe making and ending the evening with ana incredible, authentic, Tuscan meal and perhaps a few new friends.
Italian chef & sommelier Valter lives in the Tuscan town of Lucca. Chef Valter believes that creating a meal is not just about weights, measures and following a recipe but of feeling, instinct and sharing a hands-on experience accompanied by great kitchen camaraderie. Featured in Conde Nast Traveller, Italy Magazine and more - Chef Valter will video call the entire Supper Club from his home in Tuscany for a meal you'll never forget.
