Ceviche will become a favourite dish for those upcoming hot summer nights! Let's head to Peru with Chef Lucia for an evening of story-telling and cooking.
Learn the foundations of the famous Peruvian ceviche! In this amazing class everyone will be whipping up a classic Nikkei Ceviche, the citrus marinated (but so much more) dish that is one of the many that has put Peruvian food on the top of the culinary hotspot map. Get ready, because tonight the Supper Club is transporting to Peru!
Chef Lucia is from and based in Peru. Her culinary journey started at the family restaurant and since she has worked in every role in the restaurant world, from consultant and menu developer, to caterer and event management for celebrities. Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Lucia pursued her love of food, travel and cooking by opening her own cooking class and experience company working in both Lima and Cusco city.
