With the warm weather comes a bountiful spring harvest. What better way to enjoy the variety of vegetables available to us then with a Spanish Ratatouille! Pisto y Huevo, also known as Spanish Ratatouille is a gorgeous dish. Colourful, simple and full of so much flavour, this dish can be enjoyed at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Let Chef Ben whisk us to San Sebastian for the night and learn the how to make this hearty plant-based dish and have some fun in the kitchen as we all "flip" our way to our meal!
Chef Bendur (Ben, for short) is based in the beautiful region of San Sebastian, Spain. He's worked in the culinary arts in New York, London, Madrid and San Sebastian over the past 25 years and honed his skills working a variety of different restaurants. Cooking with Chef Ben is an introduction to the Basque/Spanish culture of food.
