Let's head to the south to New Orleans with Chef Gason for our next Wednesday Night Supper.
Visit New Orleans with Chef Gason just in time for National Shrimp Day! He'll welcome all of us into his home in NOLA to teach us about the flavours of creole. Together we'll learn to make New Orleans Style “BBQ” Shrimp (no grill necessary!) - the legendary dish that is all about the savoury sauce.
Chef Gason is the private chef to NFL Players and A-List celebrities. In tonight's Supper Club we'll hear all about life in New Orleans, his restaurant adventures, and maybe even a story from the time he was on Food Network’s Chopped! You definitely won't want to miss this Wednesday Night Supper Club.
"My husband, Richard, and I just spent the evening with Chef Gason cooking Creole dishes. The whole experience was beyond all expectations. Chef Gason is clearly passionate about Louisiana cuisine and it rubs off. He made the class fun, interesting and also a learning experience. We cooked fried shrimp - to die for, crab cakes - with a perfect consistency, both crispy on the outside but oh so moist inside and then Jambalaya with its rich blended flavors.
