Rated Best Date Nights in Rolling Stone, this amazing cooking class is a must for anyone who loves lobster.  Whether you're booking a cooking class for a special date night, a birthday, anniversary or simply to up your lobster skills, this experience will teach you all things Lobster - from A to Z.

In this class, you'll learn how to cook a fresh lobster, then break it down using every part for your meal. First, you'll turn your lobster into a silky Lobster Bisque. Bisque was first mentioned as a shellfish soup in the 17th century, leading food historians to believe it was originally a Fisherman's meal that was used to get the most flavor out of whatever shellfish were available.  As your Bisque is cooking away, you'll finish up your Lobster Pie. This intensely rich and delicious pie is made with lots of cheese and lobster and topped with a buttery mix of breadcrumbs.  It's believed the first Lobster Pie was created at The Publick House in Massachussetts in 1949. Whether that's true or not, we aren't sure - but what we do know is, you'll be happy you have your own to savor.

In this private cooking class, you'll learn several fundamental techniques and have an epic meal to enjoy after. This is a perfect class for anyone looking to build fundamental cooking skills while having a blast. Book a class with Chef Ted, and you'll cook this feast together!
