While many rely on store-bought phyllo to bake this delicious savoury pie, in this class you’ll learn how to make a simple phyllo dough using your hands.  You’ll move on to mixing a delicious and fresh filling, full of seasonal herbs, greens and cheese - exactly how it’s always been done - and gently fry on your stovetop.  You’ll round out the meal with simply prepared vegetables topped with Magic Sauce.  And there is definitely a reason why it’s called “Magic Sauce”! In your cooking class, you'll learn why.
