Few things in life are better than a day spent exploring the beautiful villages of Tuscany.  Perhaps the only thing that could make that day better, is ending it on a posh patio, overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills while you enjoy a proper Florentine Steak dinner paired with a hearty red wine.  This private virtual cooking class will transport you to those rolling hills of Italy for a date-night you'll never forget.  

Amongst the most notable steaks in the world sits Bistecca alla Fiorentina. The Tuscan region of Italy breeds a certain type of cattle from the Val di Chiana region. This cattle produces a phenomenal white Chianina beef which most experts agree is the traditional beef used in a traditional Bistecca all Fiorentina. This is a huge cut of steak, and when ordered in a Tuscan restaurant, it's ordered by kilo.  One steak can easily feed two to three hungry people. 

In this Tuscan cooking class, you'll pay homage to the Bistecca alla Fiorentina and the dishes that traditionally accompany it. From a sauce made of balsamic reduction, a simple arugula salad topped with Parmigiano Reggiano, herb roasted potatoes, simple but classic cannellini beans - your dinner will be one for the ages.  You'll finish your meal with you own homemade Cantucci (also known as Biscotti).  This class is a can-not-miss!
