The lobster roll is as synonymous with New England as New England itself. This summer staple can be found at shacks and high end restaurants across region and poorly replicated imposters can be found across the world. 

Learn how to make a traditional New England Lobster Roll with Chef Joanie, who will Skype into your kitchen from her home in New England to teach you one of America's most loved sandwiches with all the classic fixin's, classic French Fries and Coleslaw.

Lobster Rolls is a great class for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of working with Lobster. It's also a fantastic meal to break out at summer parties for an extra treat.

This class requires frying for the French Fries. As with all classes, we ask you be careful and use a splatter guard.
