The history of eggplant in Turkey is quite fascinating, and the amount of eggplant dishes in Turkey is in the hundreds!  This cooking class, which is also is vegetarian, will teach you how to make three absolutely delicious dishes, all using eggplant in different ways.

Video conference Chef Asli Mutlu into your kitchen!  She'll come to you all the way from her home in Turkey and you'll cook together in a private 1:1 cooking class.  You'll make Split Belly Eggplant, Eggplant Puree, and Fried Eggplant with traditional Turkish toppings.
