Ravioli, the plural version of Raviolo, is the beloved stuffed pasta largely believed to be invented in Italy in the 14th century.  Chef Paola is excited to teach you how to make this impressive pasta with two fillings and perfectly paired sauces.

 

In this cooking class, Chef Paola will coach you step-by-step via Skype from her home in Northern Italy. Together, you'll make pasta dough and variations of stuffed pasta traditional in the Emilia-Romagna region of central Italy.

CLASS COMMENTARY

 

The Raviolo class is advanced.  It's best experienced with two people who look forward to learning to work with fresh dough.  You should have plenty of room to knead and shape the pasta.  A great date or day with friends!

 

A great class to spend the rest of the day making extra to freeze.
