LEARN HOW TO MAKE DUMPLINGS IN THIS JAPANESE COOKING CLASS
Chef Yoshimi's Dumpling class will have you stuffing traditional Japanese gyoza in no time. Gyoza are a direct descendant of the Chinese Jiaozi and became popular in Japan in the 1940's after World War II. The Japanese learned to make these dumplings from the Chinese during their occupation of Manchuria, after which they tailored the flavours to Japanese tastes and brought the tradition back home.
During this 2-hour class, Yoshimi will virutally come into your kitchen from her home in Tokyo. Together, you'll prepare pork stuffed Gyoza along with two traditional Japanese sides, Miso Soup and Stir-fried Carrots. At the end of your cooking class, Yoshimi will disconnect and you'll have an epic Japanese meal cooked just by you!
