Thailand is famous for its balance of flavours that perfectly combine sweetness, saltiness, a bit of sour and spiciness.  In this cooking class, you'll start with making a red curry paste from scratch - with enough for leftovers! Then you'll make a fantastic fried vegetable fritter called "No Name", whip up a Red Curry with your choice of Chicken or Shrimp, and complement it with perfectly made Thai rice. Chef Joy will help you learn the importance of balancing those flavours - all from her gorgeous kitchen in Thailand.

Chef Joy is based in Koh Tao, Thailand. She will video chat into your home via Skype for a private cooking class.  Joy's cooking classes start at the times listed below. If your time isn't listed, refer to a time zone converter, or email us.
