The first American Thanksgiving was held in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1621.  Since then, mastering Thanksgiving Dinner has become the ultimate triumph of any North American kitchen.  Here's your opportunity to learn how to master Turkey complete with all the sides.  

Chef Joanie will teach you how to cook a turkey, and answer any questions you might have - from brining and seasoning, to making sure it turns out perfect every time - live from her home in New England via Skype. By the end of your private cooking class, you'll have a beautiful roast turkey, homemade gravy, stuffing, three sides -  and new tips to help prepare for any foodie's favourite holiday.
