Seek out Taralli, crunchy anise flavoured bread twists, they're fabulous.  Create a charcuterie board and celebrate the gorgeous meats and cheeses of Italy.  We recommend Fontina or Taleggio, Gorgonzola, and perhaps a Pecorino or Provolone to add sharpness. Pair that with Mortadella, Proscuitto and some Italian olives. Italy has beautiful honeys, so if you can find one, add to your board for a nice drizzle!
