Turkish cuisine is naturally plant based, filled with vegetables, legumes, oils and healthy choices. This cooking class will help you master some of Turkey's most common dishes that will make vegan cooking an easy and delicious addition to your life.

Skype Chef Asli Mutlu into your home. She'll join you from her kitchen in Turkey to teach you how to use lentils and bulgur, plus you'll make two versions of hummus that will become staples in your kitchen.
