Nothing says summer like street food. In this edition of Cooking Club we head to the personal kitchen of Chef Shoubham, joining us live from India, to master the ultimate street food snack ... SAMOSAS!
In this immersive class, you'll learn the art of one of India's most famous and delicious street foods. You'll start your experience by learning how to make your own dough, then move on to flexible fillings and the art of the perfect samosa shape. As you whip up enough samosas for the neighborhood block party, your chef will teach about the history and rich culture of his country that has captured the culinary world. Have some laughs, learn about India and have some awesome snacks to pack to go.
