When your Kitchen Assistant or Chef video calls you, make sure to answer by clicking the video icon. Skype should automatically detect your built-in microphone. Similar to above, make sure to answer your call by clicking the video icon. If that doesn't work, find Preferences within Skype and toggle to the correct video camera. When you launch Skype for the first time, it will show you a split screen. We suggest watching your chef in full screen for the best viewing experience.
Find the 4 squares on the top right of your Skype screen. Simply 'Remove myself from grid' or select 'Speaker View'.
You can also 'Hide people at top' to remove the bar and get an enhanced screen view.
