Turkish cuisine is a fascinating mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours. In this interactive cooking class you’ll start your adventure of kebab making with the most common of all kebabs - Köfte. Also, known as "Turkish meatballs" - during your köfte making, you'll learn about the wide world of kebabs and the traditions of kebabs in Turkey. This is a perfect class to kick off your summer grilling adventures.
