WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER CLUB: TRAVEL TO ITALY FOR CARBONARA

The weather is starting to cool and comfort food is around the corner, so let's go to Italy together to learn how to make the famous Carbonara! 

Is there a more perfect pasta than Pasta Carbonara?  We think not. During this 1-1/2 hour class, you and your fellow teammates will learn the simplicity of making an authentic creamy Carbonara along with the tips and tricks to make it perfect every time. That, alongside a Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad, and you'll have a beautiful night-in. Have fun, share stories and watch each other as you whip up one of Italy’s most iconic dishes. 

Your class will be hosted by Chef Carlotta, live from Italy.  Carlotta is a graduate of the prestigeous ALMA University and is the recipient of 1 Michelin star during her work at a famed restaurant in her home region of Apuglia.
