LEARN HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD PASTA AND AN ITALIAN SOUP
Chef Paola will Skype in to your home from her small village in Northern Italy and teach you the artisanal methods of preparing Seafood and Fish from Northern Italy.
At the end of your two-hour cooking course, you'll have knowledge about how to prepare a variety of seafood including mussels, clams, scallops and shrimp and fish. You'll have made - Linguine alla Scoglio (Seafood Pasta) and Sauté di Cozze (Sautéed Mussels in a Spicy Sauce) a perfect starter to your meal.
