Class Snack Ideas

Create a mezze board and celebrate the vibrant flavors of Lebanon. We recommend creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, labneh drizzled with olive oil, and plenty of warm pita or pita chips for dipping. Add olives, cucumbers, radishes, and fresh mint for color and freshness. If you can find them, include Lebanese-style pickles and a tangy sheep's milk feta or halloumi cheese. Finish your spread with toasted nuts, dried apricots or dates, and a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness. Pair it all with a glass of Arak, sparkling water with fresh lemon and mint, or a pomegranate spritzer to complete the experience.
