Join us for our The Chef & The Dish monthly community events, the Wednesday Night Supper Club!

 

Each month we'll gather as a food-loving community, make new friends, and have some fun all while cooking something new together.

 

Browse our calendar of events - we'll be making our way around the world - and join us for as many as you'd like.  By the end of each class, we'll have learned a few tips and tricks, have a wonderful meal - and many laughs!

  • WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER CLUB: BEAUTIFUL TUSCANY

    Location: Your Kitchen!
    Tonight we head to the gorgeous, greens hills of Tuscany to make Cannelloni di Crespelle! These light crepes are filled with a traditional Florentine stuffing, and topped with a rich Walnut Brandy Cream sauce. Join us in learning fundamental skills of traditional Italian cooking and crepe making.

    Learn the foundations of the famous Peruvian ceviche! In this amazing class everyone will be whipping up a classic Nikkei Ceviche, the citrus marinated (but so much more) dish that is one of the many that has put Peruvian food on the top of the culinary hotspot map. Let's head to Peru for dinner!

    Let’s all transport our kitchens to Thailand where together we’ll make our own curry paste for an amazing bowl of Chicken Panang Curry with a side of Thai rice. Panang Curry is like a giant hug that we all need more of. Spicy (but not too spicy!) with a deep, rich flavour. Let’s cook together!
