What better way to enjoy the variety of vegetables available to us then with a Spanish Ratatouille! Colourful, simple and full of so much flavour, this dish can be enjoyed at any meal. Let Chef Ben whisk us to San Sebastian for the night!

Panang Curry is like a giant hug that we all need more of. Spicy (but not too spicy!) with a deep, rich flavour. Let’s cook together!

He'll welcome all of us into his home in NOLA to teach us about the flavours of creole. Together we'll learn to make New Orleans Style “BBQ” Shrimp (no grill necessary!) - the legendary dish that is all about the savoury sauce.

During this class, you, your fellow Supper Club guests (and Mom's!) will learn the basics of risotto - and at the end, you’ll have an amazing meal. Have fun, share stories and watch each other as you whip up one of Italy's most iconic dishes!
