ODE TO ITALIAN SOFT CHEESES
In this edition of In the Kitchen with Chef, Chef Massimo joins you live from his kitchen in Italy to teach you about the beautiful soft cheeses of his country. From Burrata and Mozzarella di Bufalo to Fior di Latte, you'll learn about each and get inspired with new dishes, just in time for summer. You'll be asked to come with two of the chef's selections for a guided tasting!

Great question. Our Cooking Club experiences are a fabulous way to enjoy culinary entertainment at home. Each Cooking Club experience is a ticketed event where you can purchase a ticket for your home. Some classes are Small Group Cooking Classes where you cook-along with your chef and a small group of other food lovers. Other experiences are available where the chef virtually invites you into their kitchen for a culinary conversation and demonstration. Whether you join by yourself or with your family, it's the same ticketed price. Prices vary based on experience, so please check the pricing on each event listing. Please know, if you'd like to make one of the Cooking Club experiences private to just you or your group, that option is available by emailing info@thechefandthedish.com. Gift cards are valid for Cooking Club classes.
What is the Cost of a Cooking Club Class?
The more the merrier! And yes, you're welcome to just watch. In our In The Kitchen with Chef series, our chefs welcome you to their kitchen where you join just by observing and asking questions. Consider it interactive TV. Our chefs bring you into their kitchen, just like a chef's table at a restaurant. If you'd like to join our fully interactive Small Group Cooking Classes, you can also just watch, but those are more fun when you get to cook along.
What if I'd just like to watch a class?
No membership fees in this club! Your first ticket gets you access to The Chef & The Dish Cooking Club. So, why is it a club? Great question. Once you purchase your first ticket to either a Small Group Cooking Class, In The Kitchen with Chef, or join a class as part of The Producer's Series, you will get access to special Member's Only Events and offers. These events and special offers will be emailed to you and you can choose to participate if you'd like!
Do I have to pay to join the Cooking Club
Every class with The Chef & The Dish undergoes a strict Certified Testing process. Our classes are built using ingredients easily sourced everywhere, so whether you're in San Francisco or the South of France, you'll be able to find ingredients or chef approved substitutes.
