ABOUT YOUR CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Tonight is no ordinary night.  And our dish is no ordinary pasta. Tonight we head to the personal kitchen of Chef Carlotta to make... KILLER SPAGHETTI!

It's called Killer Spaghetti for a reason. Spicy, crunchy, fried, and slightly sweet - this traditional dish is rarely found outside Italy.  Known by the locals as Spaghetti all’Assassina, this one pot way of making spaghetti is sure to open a whole new world of cooking pasta at home.  Hang up the keys, uncork a bottle of red and get ready for an amazing night with our passionate community of home cooks. 

A graduate of ALMA University, Chef Carlotta is also a pastry chef, bakery chef, and recipient of one Michelin Star for her work at a restaurant in her hometown of Bari, Italy. Chef Carlotta believes food is a passport with which to travel the world.  She's excited to bring you to her hometown of Bari, Italy in tonight's Supper Club.
