Thailand is famous for its balance of flavours that perfectly combine sweetness, saltiness, a bit of sour and spiciness.  And curry... oh the curries. There is little in life that will bring as much joy as sitting at a table while you take in the smell of subtle spice, coconut milk, maybe a bit of lime.... 


In this fabulous Thai cooking class, you'll start with making a red curry paste from scratch - with enough for leftovers! Then you'll then move on to mastering one of Thailand's famous street foods - fried vegetable fritters called "No Name".  They're called "No Name" because in Thailand, they literally don't have a name. Once you're done and enjoy your first couple fritters, you'll finish up your class by making a curry and a dessert that will become a regular for any night you decide on Thai. 


Chef Joy, joining you from her outdoor kitchen in Thailand, will help you learn the importance of balancing traditional Thai flavours in your own kitchen. Enjoy stories, private 1:1 coaching and make incredible memories together.  At the end of your class, you'll have a new appreciation of everything Thailand.
