Master the art of Spanish Tortilla in this fabulous corporate cooking class, live with Chef Ben joining you from his kitchen in Spain.
One of most iconic foods throughout Spain is the Tortilla. Found at every tapa and pincho bar throughout the country, this savory omelette stars eggs, potatoes, and (sometimes, although hotly contested) onions. The magic unfolds as thinly sliced potatoes and onions gently meld with beaten eggs, a true testiment to simplicity. You'll learn the beauty of this dish when you learn how to shape it. You and your team will flip your way to the perfect Spanish tortilla.
