The art of Pinchos is a way of life in the north of Spain. These small bites are mostly eaten at local bars and taverns, and best enjoyed best with a drink and alongside the company of good friends. They're called "pintxos" (in Basque) because of their serving, on a "pincho" which is Spanish for spike or skewer. 


In this vegetarian cooking class, you'll celebrate the vast vegetables of this region including leeks, zucchini, tomato, peppers and more. Together you'll make four vegetarian pinchos traditional in the North of Spain. Each pincho individually will be a fabulous new staple in your kitchen, and collectively this class is a beautiful meal and a perfect vegetable-forward night in.
