We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in preparing and scheduling our bespoke cooking experiences. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be an essential support figure, ensuring the smooth execution of World Class online culinary classes. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will contribute to creating a seamless and enjoyable learning experience for our clients.

The Chef & The Dish Certified Testing: Collaborate with our global Chefs to streamline all materials, ingredients, and equipment for each virtual cooking lesson to meet the extremely high standards of The Chef & The Dish Certified Testing process.
Recipe Coordination: Review and finalize recipes in collaboration with Chefs, ensuring accurate measurements, clear instructions, appropriate teaching and global collaborations.
Technical Setup: Assist with the technical setup of virtual cooking lessons, including video conferencing platforms, cameras, and audio equipment to ensure a smooth and professional virtual presentation.
Kitchen Prep Sessions: Virtually meet with clients to ensure they have The Chef & The Dish White Glove Experience, which includes procurement of ingredients, are directed to local markets, and answer any questions they may have
Class Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of cooking classes, taking into account instructor availability, client requests, and other logistical considerations.
Participant Communication: Communicate with clients, providing them with necessary information, ingredient lists, and any pre-class preparation instructions.
Live Class Support: During live classes, be available to troubleshoot technical issues and offer assistance to participants as needed, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Post Class Production: Assist in post-class tasks such as recipe questions, or class recommendations
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants and instructors to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall virtual cooking lesson experience.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the culinary education team, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and handling other relevant tasks.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology.
Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms and basic software.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online tools and digital communication.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with Chefs and other staff members.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Flexible schedule to accommodate virtual cooking classes that may occur outside regular business hours.
