LEARN HOW TO MAKE RAVIOLI


Ravioli, the plural version of Raviolo, is the beloved stuffed pasta largely believed to be invented in Italy in the 14th century.  In this class, you'll make this impressive pasta with two fillings and perfectly paired sauces.


In this cooking class, Chef Paola and our team of Italian chefs will coach you step-by-step via Skype from their homes in Italy. Together, you'll make pasta dough and variations of stuffed pasta traditional in the Emilia-Romagna region of central Italy.
