We just finished our class of pierogi making with chef Agnes from Budapest. Both myself and my husband had a great time. What an easy experience it was. From the step by step preparation, set up of the on line experience and meeting with the assistant beforehand to go over everything was great. Chef Agnes made it simple and fun and the Pierogis are delish!. She even sent me some more recipes for other types of fillings. I received this as a birthday gift from my sister and I could not be more pleased. If you are looking for that perfect gift for someone, THIS IS IT! So many recipes to choose from. The Chef & The Dish did not disappoint. A big thank you to Chef Agnes for a great time!

Chef Massimo is amazing! He walked my husband and I through making the dishes while incorporating stories about Italy and the history of the meal. Chef Massimo was patient with us as I practiced my chopping techniques and coached me on how I could improve. At the end of the class we had an incredible meal with a rich history to share and enjoy!
