LEARN HOW TO MAKE OKONOMIYAKI IN THIS JAPANESE COOKING CLASS
Okonomiyaki, also known as savory Japanese Pancakes - or more acurately Japanese Pizza, are a delicious treat and a must-try class. The pan-fried batter is made with cabbage and a variety of meats or vegetables. The dish is widely available throughout Japan, and especially popular in Hiroshima and Osaka.
Chef Yoshimi will video call you from her home in Japan, and together you'll make traditional Pork Okonomiyaki, along with two traditional sides.
