WHAT YOU GET

Boon Tat Street, behind the Lau Pa Sat Hawker Market in Singapore, is an entire street dedicated to Satay. Once the sun sets, vendors set up and prepare to serve some of the best grilled skewers and incredible dipping sauces. Satay is a serious business in Singapore, and this cooking class will teach you how to master it.

In this Singaporean cooking class, Chef Paul Then will Skype into your home from his kitchen in Singapore to teach you how to make Chicken Satay, a Satay Spice Rub, Dipping Sauce and Pickled Vegetables in your own home.

This is a great cooking class for multiple guests. It's fun to make the skewers and a great class to make a bunch and freeze for later!
