COOKING CLASS COMMENTARY
This is a great cooking class for anyone looking to enhance their knowledge about eggplant or wanting to explore vegetarian cooking. Please note, the Mastering Eggplant class requires frying. We recommend a splatter guard when working with hot oil. As with all courses, we ask that you be careful.
