RED CURRY & "NO NAME"

This class will satisfy your soul. Chef Joy will transport you to Thailand and together you'll make Spicy Red Curry paste (with enough for leftovers!), followed by Red Curry with your choice of Chicken or Vegetarian, fried "No Name" Vegetable Fritters and finally, Thai Rice. This class will show you how easy Thai cooking is at home!

Green Curry has become one of the most loved Thai dishes around the world, and we certainly understand why. Sweet, spicy and fragrant... Green Curry hits the spot whether it's a hot summer day or a blistery winter night.
