This savoury and summery Spanish delight is a great way to kick off a dinner party. Add some crusty bread and dig in!
Makes 2-4 Servings
2 large Tomatoes, diced
5 Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Green Onion, chopped
100 g thinly sliced Ibérico or Serrano Ham, chopped
2 Tbsp Sweet or Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix both tomatoes, green onion, and ham. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and oil to the bowl with the tomato mixture and mix.
Serve shaped on a plate sprinkled with chopped green onions.
