Incredible Turkish 'Magic' Sauce you'll want to put on EVERYTHING!

Chef Asli Mutlu shares this recipe from her hometown of Bodrum, Turkey, where their diet is based mostly on olive oil and wild herbs. So much so actually that there is a standing joke to keep people from Bodrum away from your garden because they will eat all your greens!

This simple magic sauce takes any vegetable dish to the next delicious level.

Magic Sauce

Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 cloves of Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste

With a garlic press, crush garlic into the lemon juice and whisk for approximately 5 minutes. Slowly add in olive oil while continuing to whisk (as you would when making mayonnaise). Add in salt & pepper to taste.

Pour the magic sauce on lukewarm vegetables or use it to stir-fry spinach. Simple as that!
