We believe one of the best travel itineraries would include a hop-on, hop-off bus that allowed us to tour the dumplings of the world. Little pockets filled with surprises then topped with regional delicacies... and so comes Manti. One of the most beloved dishes in all of Turkey is Manti - traditional Turkish dumplings.  These tender little stuffed pasta pockets, topped with warm, caramelized tomato sauce and a drizzle of cool yoghurt sauce... well, they're simply irresistible. Manti are easily placed amongst the top in a giant and competitive world of dumplings.


But this isn't a competition. In fact, making Manti is a dish that symbolizes love. The time and care of making them always comes shining through. Turkish lore says the smaller the Manti you make and serve, the more special the recipient is.  In this private online cooking class you will learn to make Manti dough from scratch. Your chef, joining you live from Turkey, will teach you how to roll it out and then stuff with the tasty filling you will have also prepared. In your class, you'll share stories, and laugh and we're sure you'll start your own competition for the smallest Manti.  For all vegetarians, traditionally Manti is made with ground beef, but this class is flexible and you can substitute with cheese and herbs for a vegetarian version (called Piruhi) instead.
